Documentation management clerk

Main responsibilities

• Capture information from customers within our software
• Helping save lives! (Yes, that’s what we do)
• Set and meet the entry deadlines agreed upon between the company and its clients
• Provide exceptional customer follow-up
• Translate information from French to English and vice versa, if necessary
• Collect data from our various clients’ sites

Required skills

• You’re a Mac fan, you’re in for a treat!
• You’re a great internet detective, you can find anything! (Even your crush’s Facebook) We’re going to need your skills to find information on websites. (various manufacturers or suppliers of the dangerous products used by our clients)
• You’re good at copying and pasting!
• You’re able to concentrate even with the boss’s laughter!
• Are you the type of person who checks dozens of times to see if you locked the door before leaving? Great! We need your thoroughness and your detail-oriented eye when it comes to data entry.
• You like to talk... with everyone and with people from everywhere! You’ll be required to communicate (in writing or by phone) with manufacturers, suppliers, as well as our customers, in both English and French. (Do you speak Icelandic as well?)
• You have a valid driver’s license (you may be required to travel to our client’s sites!)
• You know WHMIS and GHS or even better, lockout/tagout, we’re already impressed!
• Tu parles français!

Specific requirements & working conditions

• Completed high school
• You want to go camping, no problem, we need you Monday to Friday
• You have kids, we’ll be happy to meet them. Maerix is a great family and children are welcome.
• Start date: As soon as possible
