After 18 years, Sym2dut Maerix’s first software bows out and gives way to Paratox

Thanks to a unique development platform, Maerix Inc., launches Paratox. A brand new and innovative software for hazardous materials management. A beefed-up version of its predecessor Sym2dut.

Ahead of Regulatory Change

The software has undergone a complete overhaul to meet the needs of its customers and the new international requirements of the United Nations, the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals, better known under the acronym, GHS.

Companies such as Mattel, Alcoa, General Electric, P & G and L'Oréal are using this new version to rapidly access a mine of information needed to protect their employees' health, safety and the environment in the event of a disaster involving hazardous materials.
